Sedona Weather is so incredible this year! It is heaven here! The full moon is soooo bright that you do not need lights, the days are so sunny that you do not even need a sweater, and the stars are so plentiful that you are internally enlightened!
It is Friday, and it is a beautiful day in Sedona! Today I started out with a great foot bath, and a fabulous alive breakfast! I decided to start a raw veg cleanse this week followed by a great massage at the end of the week as a reward for my taking such great care of my body, mind and spirit!
